Volume Eyelash Extensions
Volume eyelashes are typically fuller, fluffier and has a darker lash line. Volume fans are designed with light and thin extensions that are formed into a fan and wrapped around one individual natural lash. At Lashes Downtown we hand craft each volume fan on the spot before application. We believe in providing high quality eyelash extensions and preserving the health of our client’s natural lashes. Mega Volume
Mega volume is similar to volume but with bigger fans and extreme fullness! Mega volume lash styles are customizable with handmade fans that we wrap around the natural lash! This look is recommended for someone who is looking for a super dramatic, show stopping look!

Patch Test
At Lashes Downtown our eyelash extension patch test is required if you have had a previous allergic reaction or sensitivity to eyelash extensions. If you are already an established client at Lashes Downtown, we require a patch test before switching from regular glue to sensitive glue. We must ensure you have completed a patch test before your next fill or full set. Our lash technician will add 8-10 natural length classic eyelash extensions using our glue products (regular, sensitive, or both) to the outer corner of each eye.
If you have experienced any adverse reaction (including itching, stinging, burning or swelling) within the 24 hours of your patch test, please let us know. This is an indication that you have a sensitivity or allergy to eyelash extensions. With no reaction during the 48 hours after you received your patch test, we can get you scheduled for your eyelash extension fill or full set!

First Time Fill Assessment
Do you currently have eyelash extensions from another salon and ready for a fill? Our first-time fill assessments are designed to get to know you, your lashes and your lash goals. We added 15 minutes to your first-time fill appointment at Lashes Downtown to go over look, style, clean up and blend in with existing work.
At Lashes Downtown we prioritize the health and integrity of our clients’ natural lashes. There may be instances where we will be able to perform your fill due to poor quality of your current eyelash extensions. This may include excessive amount of glue or poor application. If this is the case, we will recommend providing you a removal and starting fresh with a full set of eyelash extensions. Depending on availability within our salon we might have to perform the full set on a different day. Please understand we will only recommend a removal and a new full set if it is absolutely necessary. If you have any questions, please give us a call!
