POLICIES & PARKING

CREDIT CARDS: All new guests and existing guests are required to put a credit card on file to secure appointment bookings.

DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required for all new clients with a service booked above $50. The deposit is paid upon booking of the service and is non-refundable if the client cancels within 24 hours of the service.

CASH: Cash will still be accepted for payments; we require a card on file and a deposit is still required to secure the booking.

24 HOURS: Lashes Downtown kindly asks for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. If cancelled within the 24-hour period, the deposit is non-refundable.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: We understand life and emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a $35 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file, or all deposits will be forfeited. Any same day cancellations are subject to the cancellation fee of $35 and retention of the deposit.

NO-SHOWS: If you no-show for your service without contacting Lashes Downtown, you will automatically be charged 100% of the service for new or existing clients. If you rebook after no showing, you’re required to pay for your new service prior to booking the appointment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Lashes Downtown reserves the right to refuse service to clients with excessive or subsequent last-minute cancellations or no shows. If you come in with no lash extensions or less than 30% of lash extensions, this will result in rescheduling to a full set and 50% down.

LATE ARRIVALS: At Lashes Downtown, your time and preferences are our top priority. Being on time is greatly appreciated to ensure consistent and quality service, as well as courtesy to our clients. Please note, late arrivals may be subject to forfeit their appointment time and reschedule. If your service is cancelled due to late arrival, Lashes Downtown will charge the full amount of the scheduled service with the card on file.

CHILDREN SAFETY: For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while receiving a service. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. This is to ensure the highest-level attentiveness, quality, and comfort between our guests and lash artists. Lashes Downtown thanks you in advance for your understanding and for helping us keep your child’s safety a priority.

GUARANTEE OF SERVICE: We guarantee the quality of our services, if you’re not satisfied with your service please notify Lashes Downtown as soon as possible, no later than 72 hours of last service received, to schedule a touch-up with your service provider.

PRODUCT RETURNS: All product sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
